About CATP
A program has been developed at X-RING ARCHERS to foster
select students who show the talent and desire to train seriously.
The CATP will prepare the students with the technique, discipline,
and training needed for the rigors of competition. This program
is designed to lead recreational students, who are more serious,
in the direction to becoming serious competitive archers.

Acceptance into CATP
CATP is open to students by invitation only. The program
will only be accepting 10 students. X-RING ARCHERS Director
will create a list of possible invitees, and 10 students are
chosen from the list to participate in the program. The remainder
of possible participants are placed on a waiting list. Invitations
may be given at any time during the year, and students may
be accepted off the waiting list whenever one of the 10 positions
in the program is open. Students with a special interest in
the program should note this on their registration form.

CATP Equipment
CATP students are required to have their own equipment. Students
new to the school who have been accepted into the CATP will
be supplied the bows until they can purchase their own equipment.
Not having the appropriate equipment limits the student’s
ability to learn proper techniques. The schools Director most
approve all equipment purchases.
